Luxury Picnic Experience
Our signature offering and Sydney’s most-loved private picnic. Available for couples and groups of up to 150 guests, this fully styled two-hour experience includes luxury cushions, soft rugs, floral decorations, a picnic table, glassware, a personalised message board and a Bluetooth speaker. Soft drinks or juice are included; BYO alcohol is welcome at no extra charge.
Choose from seven carefully selected locations — Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, Royal Botanic Gardens, Observatory Hill, Barangaroo Reserve, Kirribilli, Blues Point and Lavender Bay — each offering a distinct view and atmosphere. Gourmet grazing boards and additional extras can be added when you book. Ideal for proposals, anniversaries, date nights, bridal showers and intimate birthdays.
PICNIC PARTY (GROUPS 10-150)
Celebrate bigger with a complete outdoor event setup against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour. The Picnic Party is built for groups from 10 to 150 guests and is perfect for milestone birthdays, corporate team days, bridal showers, hens parties and large family gatherings.
We take care of the full styling — seating, tables, cushions, décor and pack-down — so you can focus on your guests. Food and drinks are not included, giving you complete freedom to bring your own catering or arrange a preferred menu.
CLIMB, GRAZE & GAZE
Sydney’s ultimate half-day adventure for couples and special occasions. Begin with a Summit BridgeClimb experience on the iconic Harbour Bridge, then make your way to a beautifully prepared luxury picnic at one of our waterfront locations — often gazing back at the very structure you just conquered.
Total experience time is approximately 5.5 hours (3-hour climb + travel + 2-hour picnic). Ideal for proposals, anniversaries and milestone date nights.
Cruise, GRAZE & GAZE
